⚠️Please read safety note section to make sure it is appropriate for you to use prior the tool application. 🎋Apply oil, such as bamboo oil mix or skin lotion or skin essential oil of your choice, to the targeted muscle areas prior to the tool application for skin comfort. Then use the tool by performing scarping motion or pressing motion or rolling motion with different surfaces/edges of the tool only on soft tissue muscles area with varied speed and pressure based on your comfort level. Tool can be applied on all muscle areas of the body. ⚠️Avoid using the bamboo tools directly on bones (hard surface) of the body (hard surfaces such as elbow bones, spinal bones, pelvic/hip bone, knee cap, collar bone, ribs), and major nerves, blood arteries/veins (such as carotid, popliteal, femoral), lymph nodes, internal organs such as kidneys, bladder, spleen, and open organs such as eyes, internal nose, internal ears or groin areas. 🎋Use multiple times a day as needed at comfortable level.
