Please note that the bamboo agility ladder is made of 10 bamboo piece split in half measuring about 15' in length is used to treat foot and back chronic pain. It can be effective in treating plantar fasciitis and can be used as a agility ladder as well as a back roller or a mat. This mat can be placed on the back of any chair in order to release upper back muscles and some tension on your lumbar spine.
