All of our items are handcrafted from 100% natural eco-friendly and sustainable bamboo, harvested in the wild farm in the Brittish Columbia, Canada. Some of our items are in stock others are made to order; we can also manufacture a special order based on your ideas and creativity. A percentage of our profits go to supporting bamboo projects worldwide in order to end deforestation and save our planet.

We accept all major credit cards available at direct check out and Paypal. You do not need a PayPal Account to pay for your items through PayPal: You can choose the PayPal Option during checkout. After you submit your order click the “Pay Now” button. Scroll Down and you will see the option to pay with a Credit or Debit Card WITHOUT having to sign up for a PayPal account.

We only exchange goods if they are defective or damaged during shipment. In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective during shipment, you should promptly contact us at bambustrength@gmail.comwith details of the product and the defect within 7 days. To return the item you purchased, please email us at bambustrength@gmail.com and we will notify you via email as promptly as we can with regards to shipping process. Refunds or exchange do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to item during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. If you would like to exchange your item due to item defect from shipping, then you will be responsible for shipping and handling fees for sending defective item to us. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail promptly, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect during shipping. If you are eligible, we will send you a replacement product in which the shipping and handling fees of sending replacement product from us will be paid by us and not to be charged to you for sending replacement product to you. Otherwise, shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Any amounts refunded in will not include the cost of shipping.

We accept returns. You can return unopened items in the original packaging within 30 days of your purchase with receipt or proof of purchase. If 30 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. Upon receipt of the returned item, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a return. If you are entitled to a return, we will refund your purchase price and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping and handling fees.
