Takefumi Foot Massager/Agility Ladder/Back Roller

10 bamboo piece split in half measuring about 15' in length is used to treat foot and back chronic pain. It can be effective in terating plantar fasciitis and can be used as a agility ladder as well as a back roller oo a mat. This mat can be placed on the back of any chair in order to release upper back muscles and some tension on your lumbar spine.

Materials: Natural Genuine Bamboo poilished with beeswax and nautral oil, cotton rope.

We accept returns. You can return unopened items in the original packaging within 30 days of your purchase with receipt or proof of purchase. If 30 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Upon receipt of the returned item, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a return. If you are entitled to a return, we will refund your purchase price and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping and handling fees.

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Exchange and Shipping policy:
We only exchange goods if they are defective or damaged and unused during shipment. We don't do exchange for items that are used or other circumstances due to hygiene reason. To return and exchange the unused and defective item from shipment you purchased, please email us at bambustrength [!at] gmail.com and we will notify you via email as promptly as we can with regards to shipping and exchange process.

Refunds or exchange do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Return shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to item during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. If you would like to exchange your item due to item defect from shipping, then you will be responsible for shipping and handling fees for sending defective item to us.
