🔨How to use Bamboo mallet:
⚠️Please read safety note section to make sure it is appropriate for you to use prior the tool application. 
🎋Apply oil, such as bamboo oil mix or skin lotion or skin essential oil of your choice, to the targeted muscle areas prior to the tool application for skin comfort. Then hold bamboo extension with one hand on the targeted muscle area that would like to be treated, and hold the bamboo mallet on the other hand to perform gentle tapping with Bamboo mallet on the bamboo extension (similar to hammering) to transmit gentle vibration through the bamboo extension on the targeted muscle area. You should feel comfortable resonance through the targeted muscle area upon application.  Bamboo mallet tapping is to be used at comfortable level. Tool can be applied on all muscle areas of the body. ⚠️Avoid using the bamboo tools directly on bones (hard surfaces such as elbow bones, spinal bones, pelvic/hip bone, knee cap, collar bone, ribs) of the body, and major nerves, blood arteries/veins (such as carotid, popliteal, femoral), lymph nodes, internal organs such as kidneys, bladder, spleen, and open organs such as eyes, internal nose, internal ears or groin areas. 🎍Use multiple times a day as needed at comfortable level.  Perform at comfortable level and avoid any sharp pain for any reason. Can be used with or without towel on base on individual preferences. *If need further guidance, follow our demonstration videos- links in the description box.

Product not to be used by persons with a heart condition, high blood pressure, broken skin, broken bone, blood circulation disorder, fever, pregnant women, acute sharp pain/inflammation/swelling or persons known to have sensitive skin, skin conditions or allergic reaction to above materials. Any marks  left behind fade away within 2-4 days. If it stays longer than 4 days and color still remain visible or slow to fade, then it means poor blood circulation/deficiency due to muscle tension which is still part of typical effect of muscle tension recovery. The color will eventually fade away within next 5-7 days after single application. However, if the skin becomes atypical red with swelling, itchy rash, and bumps from bamboo treatment for any reason, then that could be sign of allergic reaction, and bamboo treatment/topical oil should be stopped.
