Change should always occur gradually. You have to choose exercise and eating habits that you would most likely stick to for the rest of your life. In this book you will be provided with options for movement from the very basic to fairly challenging and to the most advanced.


I don’t expect you to become an ultimate ninja warrior, a skillful circus acrobat or a flexible aesthetic dancer. I  want you to create your own routine  and exercises based on the information provided in the e-book with an ultimate goal to make movement part of your lifestyle. It takes only 20-30 minutes a day to perform some of the movements that you’re about to learn but the result is an investment into your health. Life is unpredictable; we must adopt and find our way through it if we want to stay alive and be active.


Our bodies are equipped with an adaptation mechanism that was shaped by years of evolution so we could protect our bodies from unexpected life-threatening situations and adapt to various environments. If this wasn’t there we would not be able to lift heavier objects other than our own bodies, bent our spine and stretch our legs beyond the normal range of motion or endure long distances. Essentially. I hope that this book allows you to acquire a mastery to live in
harmony and in tune with your own body.
